Once a month, Latine screenwriters, actors and filmmakers get together to enjoy food and drinks - and read a script or two by our members.
Our goal is to empower early-career writers to tell Latine stories. Therefore, every script must be by a Latine-identifying writer or feature a Latine character in a leading role.

We long for those Sundays in abuela’s backyard, where tio’s cooking and your primo is serving drinks. So, we modeled Courier Cumbia after a family party.
We read scripts because we want to see our stories told. But we get together because we crave each other’s company - and a good time.
